imagine the wind rushing past you, the smell of the sea air all around, the spray of the water as you skim across at high speeds in not one but two high speed challenges! you will spend an hour on each boat which includes the honda formula 4-stroke championship (hf4s), the largest, most exciting offshore powerboat series in the world and the thunderbolt, a catamaran powered by a high performance 90hp outboard. you will get the opportunity to take the controls for twenty minutes receiving expert tuition as you learn how to take the boats to the limit. your experience begins with a safety briefing and an introduction to the boats. you will then get changed into a racing team kit and safety gear. it is then time to take to the water! start off in the honda race boat where your experienced instructor will head into the solent to show you what the boat can do. feel the speed and grace of this highly responsive racing machine, before driving the boat yourself. after a lunch break, it is then time to take on the thunderbolt where you’ll learn cornering and racing technique, wave jumping and high speed take-offs.the boats all have comfortable secure seating and this experience is suitable for all adventure seekers. don’t forget to bring a waterproof disposable camera!…
