fly fishing is so different from your preconceived idea of fishing. this exciting, active and fascinating branch of the sport is perfect for total beginners or improvers. you’ll enjoy a clear, fun and illustrated tuition, before spending the rest of the time fly fishing from the banks of rutland water. you will be entitled to take a couple of trout home if you’re successful. you will meet at the lakeside lodge for a brief introduction into the art of fly fishing, where you will learn how to cast with a fly rod on the grass outside the lodge. after this you’ll go straight out and fly fish from the bankside. the instructor will always be on hand to give you tips and advice. the permit and tackle are included within this experience….
