the legends racing experience is a hot favourite with everyone involved in driving. these distinctive hot rods have been shipped over from the usa and just ooze fun. they are serious dynamic racing cars, quirky, quick off the mark and can turn on a sixpence. they boast a gutsy 125bhp yamaha motorcycle engine and a sequential gearbox, coupled with a lightweight body, these hot rods accelerate hard. once you’ve driven these zany racing cars you will be well and truly bitten by the bug and want to come back for more! your experience will begin with a welcome, introduction and full safety briefing on driving techniques. first you will drive three training laps in a seat leon cupra to teach you the best racing lines, braking points and track safety. this is followed by two demonstration laps driven by a senior instructor reminding you of the do’s and don’ts of successful track driving. then finally it’s on to the hot rod. you’ll drive seven fast laps around the famous knockhill track in your own hot rod. at the end there will be a debrief and a presentation of awards, certificates and trophies for the best drivers of the day.the person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. the driver will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident. drivers are under no obligation to purchase this optional waiver. full details are available at the time of booking….
