*This two part wooden sandpit lid can be used only with our 6402NEW Hexagonal Sandpit.
*The lid comes in two solid sections with wood strapping keeping the fir wood slats in place.
*The lid sits together on the top of our sandpit and provides additional protection to the sand when not in use.
*The lid is easy to remove and slots apart and is safe to handle by only one adult. Each section can be left on the sandpit independently thus allowing access to only one side of the sand or removed and stored.
*When in place the lid makes the sandpit a useable sitting area.
*The lid is designed to keep debris and the neighbourhood Tom cat out of the sand but, designed to allow water to pass through. This allows the sand to remain damp allowing for a sharper sandcastle and more creative play.
