This open-cockpit Tiger Moth flying experience in Surrey is the perfect day out for any flying fanatic! The DH82a Tiger Moth is a 1930s biplane which allows you to appreciate the freedom of the skies offered by this wonderful aircraft. With expert tuition sat just behind you, you’re free to explore the open skies on this superb vintage flying day.Once you have arrived and been welcomed to the centre you will have a full briefing for 10-15 minutes with E.V. Ation’s fully trained ground crew, this will include safety aspects and regulations of the Surrey airfield. The aircraft is operated from Redhill Aerodrome, the original home of the Tiger Club. Once the safety briefing is over its then time to take to the sky in the DH82a Tiger Moth for your 30 minute lesson. There is a Restaurant/Cafeteria on site where you can take a break and have some lunch, it is open most of the day but depending on your flight time we recommend bringing a picnic.
