You will spend a day learning to work with cocoform and sugarpaste, as you get in touch with your creative side to make truly impressive cake decorations!This course is absolutely fantastic for people who are really into baking and have some basic experience with basic model making, and who like to really impress with their cakes. While this class will teach them to make just one character, a beautiful fairy, it will provide them with the knowledge and skills to experiment with creating other models and characters in the future! You will start with a briefing, before moving on to the practical – and fun – bit! You will build your model step-by-step, so you will really understand the process and tricks of creating beautiful and impressive edible figures. All of the equipment and ingredients needed will be provided at the centre, and your teacher is highly experienced at model making, and will be happy to guide you through the tricky bits….
