We use a combination of either the Mavic Open Pro rim or Stans Alpha rim and Sapim Sprint spokes which are hand laced, machine built and hand finished in house using Sapim Polyax Brass nipples onto our proven and reliable Mono RS hubs. This gives a smooth and free running wheel which will survive endless miles of regular use. The resulting package is light enough to race, strong enough to train and reliable enough to complete sportives and tours on. They also come complete with custom ‘Hope Hoops’ etching on the hub, rim tapes, spare spokes, nipples and rim stickers. ZTR Alpha 400 Rim The ZTR Alpha 400 rim shares the same dimensions and Bead Socket Technology as the Alpha 340 but adds the triple channel and internal arch design of our nearly invincible Arch EX and Flow EX rims. The ZTR Alpha 400 offers a 33% thicker spoke bed than the original Alpha 340 rim for maximum durability. Light and fast on the outside, ultra-stiff and strong on the inside, the new ZTR Alpha 400 is the rim we've all been waiting for. Mavic Open Pro Rim The Mavic Open Pro Rim is the latest version of Mavic’s “Open” rims, and as such is the most advanced evolution. Made from Mavic’s exclusive Maxtal aluminium alloy that is 30% more resistant than a 6106 alloy, for lighter and stronger rims and featuring SUP technology which means after bending, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded seam is then milled for a smooth finish. A welded and milled rim joint is extremely strong and offers superior wheel balance. Optimized up to the limit of the materials potential, the Open Pro is probably the best road rim available….
