This London cooking lesson is a fun and tasty half day class in cooking authentic, vegetarian Asian cuisine. Whether you are a vegetarian who is looking for some inspiration, or an omnivore who just wants to add to their cooking skills, this fun and informative vegetarian cooking lesson will give you plenty to chew on! **Experience not available until January 2017**You’ll begin the cooking lesson with an introduction to the day and a run through of the various flavours and ingredients you will be usig to create your dishes. Then, it’s time to hit your cooking station as you create a range of sumptuous and unusual vegetarian dishes, guided throughout by your ‘Le Cordon Bleu’ trained chef-instructor! Throughout the three hour cooking class, you will make a number of dishes, including Vietnamese fresh spring rolls; miso aubergine; Chinese 5 spice tofu with soy dipping sauce; glass noodle salad with edamame and peanut; and a delicious mango and chilli creme brulee. These diverse and delicious dishes will teach you to marry flavours together in interesting ways – and with tantalising results! You’ll learn some useful new tricks, tips and techniques throughout the day that you’ll take back with you to your own kitchen. At the end of the cooking class, you will sit down and relax and enjoy the wonderful vegetarian fare you have created during the day, accompanied by a few glasses of wine….
